Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your Loungers, but if for any reason you need to return them, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, in original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (e.g. receipt or email confirmation) is required.

How to Start a Return

Please email us at info@loungersway.com to request a return. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping code and instructions on how and where to send your item.

Note: Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@loungersway.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on: Sale items or Gift cards

Exchanges

If you would like a different size or style, the quickest way is to please contact us immediately at info@loungersway.com so we can return your item and request a new size or style as soon as possible.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If so, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
